Here’s what’s happening in Bend this upcoming weekend.

Friday 3.14

The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe: Meadow Sky Productions is kicking off their performances of The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe at the High Desert Music Hall in Redmond. There are performances on Friday & Saturday as well as next weekend.

Free showing of Tangled: Bring the kids for a FREE movie night at the Tower Theatre, where they will be showing Tangled. Don’t worry if tickets sell out, as they will be offering up any unfilled seats to folks in line. 6 PM Tower Theatre

Saturday 3.15

St. Patty’s Day bar crawl: Join JC’s Bar & Grill for a lively St. Patrick’s Day bar crawl with six stops across town that include green beer, mechanical bull rides, and plenty of St Patrick’s Day spirit. 4 PM – Midnight

St. Patrick’s Day Party at Old St. Francis: If a bar crawl isn’t quite your style, then swing by Old St. Francis School for music all day long. 1 PM – 11 PM Old St. Francis School

Jazz at the Oxford music education workshops: Calling all musicians! Bring your instruments to the Oxford Hotel for a FREE morning concert & educational workshop with Benny Benack III & Khailah Johnson. 11 AM – 1 PM The Oxford Hotel

St. Patrick’s Day dash: Put down the green beer and lace up those running shoes for the St. Patrick’s Day dash. With races from 1.5 miles to 10k, there is a distance for everyone. As an added bonus, all 5k and 10k finishers will receive a custom Hydroflask water bottle. 12 PM Deschutes Tasting Room

Sunday 3.16

Incredible kid day at the Pavillion: Join Camp Fire Bend at The Pavillion for an afternoon of free ice skating and tasty treats. 12:30 – 3:30 PM The Pavillion
