Job Summary

Help shape our organization to the world-class aspirations we have. This role will be very much hands on in helping us develop, retain, and recruit an amazing group of individuals. Duties include but are not limited to developing systems, processes and best practices, payroll management, benefits management, and enhancing are already incredible culture.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or the equivalent in experience
  • Expert knowledge of local employment law and HR best practices
  • Ability to develop positive working relationships across all levels and functions
  • Self motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Proven track record of positively influencing teams and their leaders
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, and constantly changing environment
  • Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload and meet deadlines.
