We are an affiliated Counterstrain Clinic. Besides providing high quality rehabilitation, we specialize in manual therapy techniques allowing us to branch out into a wide variety of diagnoses that we treat. Our therapists are set up for success and professional development with access to regular continuing education both in-house and around the country to learn and advance their skills and professional interests.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist OR Physical Therapy Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting. This role requires a strong understanding of medical terminology, physiology, and effective treatment techniques to support patients in their rehabilitation journey.

Responsibilities include: 1) Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to develop individualized treatment plans; 2) Implement therapeutic interventions and discharge planning; 3) Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes; 4) Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation processes and home exercise programs; 5) Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated patient care; 6) Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries; 7) Stay updated on best practices in physical therapy and participate in ongoing professional development.

Experience Needed: Proven experience in physical therapy, particularly in outpatient settings is preferred. Strong knowledge of medical terminology and physiology relevant to physical therapy practices. Experience in providing compassionate patient care with a focus on improving quality of life. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
