About the Role

We’re a fast-growing, Bend digital marketing company working with great clients across multiple industries — and we’re looking for a Paid Media & Analytics Specialist who loves moving quickly, thinking strategically, and getting real results.

This is a part-time, fully remote role starting at 8–10 hours per week, with a lot of flexibility. The goal is to start small, move fast, and grow the role as results allow us to take on more clients.

You’ll work closely with the company owner and occasionally interact directly with clients. This is not a background task role — you’ll be involved, trusted, and part of the day-to-day momentum of the business.

If you enjoy variety, autonomy, and working with smart clients who actually care about performance, this role will be a great fit.

What You’ll Be Doing

Managing and optimizing Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and Bing Ads

Monitoring performance, budgets, and conversions across accounts

Reviewing analytics and identifying opportunities to improve results

Helping launch, test, and scale paid campaigns

Supporting reporting and performance insights

Collaborating closely with the owner on priorities and strategy

Occasionally joining or supporting client conversations when helpful

We move quickly and focus on what works. You’ll have room to make recommendations, test ideas, and help shape how we deliver results.

What We’re Looking For

Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Bing Ads (Bing is important)

Comfortable working with data, performance metrics, and analytics

Clear communicator who can explain what’s working and why

Organized, reliable, and able to manage limited hours efficiently

Enjoys working in a fast-paced, growing environment

U.S.-based (required)

Nice to Have (Not Required)

Experience with local SEO or local service businesses

Familiarity with email marketing or content marketing

Experience working across different industries

Interest in expanding into other digital marketing areas over time

We’re happy to train in other areas so you can confidently support client questions when needed.

About the Working Relationship

This is a 1099 independent contractor role, but it’s not a one-off freelance situation. You’ll go through a short onboarding to get familiar with our company, brand, clients, and expectations so you can hit the ground running.

During the first month, we’ll focus on making sure it’s a great fit on both sides — communication, workflow, and results.
