Location: Bend, Oregon

Starting Pay: $22 per hour during a 90-day probationary period, with potential increases up to $24 per hour based on performance.

Additional Compensation:

·         Daily Tips: Average between $20–$100 cash, with occasional bonuses like big-screen TVs or couches.

·         Weekly Pay: Ensures consistent and timely compensation.

Job Responsibilities:

·         Drive non-CDL box trucks for local moves.

·         Lead and manage a moving crew, ensuring efficient and safe operations.

·         Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients.

·         Properly load and unload furniture, ensuring items are handled with care and kept damage-free.

·         Adapt to various moving scenarios and address challenges efficiently, demonstrating leadership and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

·         Valid driver’s license (Class C) with a clean driving record.

·         Ability to pass a background check.

·         Physical capability to lift over 100 lbs repeatedly.

·         Experience driving large trucks.

·         Positive attitude and strong customer service skills.

·         Team player.

Work Schedule:

·         Flexible workweeks with full-time or part-time options (currently hiring for full-time).

·         Shifts typically start at 7:45 AM, with schedules provided in advance.
