The most important part of this role is providing excellent retail and customer service—helping guests find the perfect cheeses, meats, and provisions. Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with product selection and pairings
- Prepare and arrange charcuterie boards
- Maintain a clean and inviting shop environment
- Handle transactions and restock as needed
