DESCRIPTION: We’re a small, multi-faceted architecture firm with project types spanning residential, workforce housing multifamily, hospitality, and master planning. Our focus is on responsible design attuned to the surrounding climate and community, paired with strong, lasting client relationships. We’re looking to fill a contract, remote position for drafting architectural construction documents on a per project basis in Autodesk Revit. We have a heavy workload in the coming months and need someone who can jump in quickly and produce clean, accurate documentation. For the right fit, there’s strong potential for the position to grow into part or full time work.
PREREQUISITES:
- Strong Revit skills (non-negotiable)
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Architectural degree or relevant training
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Capable of meeting deadlines without micromanagement
- Available to start immediately, remotely
- Provide own hardware capable of running Revit (software provided by the company)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Draft permit and construction documents (plans, elevations, sections, schedules, details), with initial focus on residential projects
- Maintain accurate, well-organized Revit models
- Incorporate redlines and revisions accurately and on time
- Coordinate drawings with structural and MEP as needed
- Follow firm drafting standards and templates
- Flag questions, conflicts, or missing info to project leads
- Meet deadlines during high-volume periods
- Join occasional remote check-ins with the team
