This role is the first point of contact at our agency managing inbound calls and texts while helping with billing, claims support, and referring people to the appropriate agent.
Qualifications:
– Communication and people skills
– Detail-oriented and able to use multiple computer programs simultaneously
– Spanish-speaker required
– Previous customer service experience preferred
