ABOUT PIE MAISON

Pie Maison is a modern pie house where classic comfort meets refined craft. We are creating a premium, European-inspired pie shop in downtown Bend that elevates pie from a nostalgic dessert into an everyday luxury.

We’re building our opening team and looking for team members who care about craft, consistency, reliability, and kindness.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Pie Maison is hiring multiple bakers to support daily pie production, including a full-time Lead Baker and part-time Bakers. Our production will happen in an off-site commercial kitchen in Bend, with pies transported to our downtown retail shop for sale.

The baker roles are a mix of hands-on pie production, daily prep, cleaning and organization, and product transport. Bakers help set the retail team up for a smooth service each day by ensuring pies are baked, transported, and handed off safely and beautifully.

We also value creativity and ownership in your craft. As Pie Maison grows, we’ll rotate monthly specials and seasonal flavors, and we welcome collaboration on flavor ideas, recipe refinement, and ways to make our pies even more exceptional.
