Grocery Retail Associate & Shift Lead

Website Tomi Mart

Tomi Mart is a local, women- and ANHPI-owned specialty Asian grocery store in Bend, Oregon. We’re more than just a market – we’re a small but mighty team building a hub for culture, community connection, collaboration, and celebration! These roles are hands-on grocery retail positions while supporting the overall flow of the shop and impact we make on our customers.

Tomi Mart started with a vision: to create a space rooted in connection, culture, and care. That dream came first – and the market grew from it. We saw an undeniable need in our community, and building a grocery store became the perfect way to bring our vision to life.

We’re here to offer more than hard-to-find ingredients and nostalgic snacks. We’re creating a welcoming, representational space – one that feels familiar and joyful. Whether you’re quickly stopping in to grab some staples or staying to discover and chat.

That experience starts with our team. Every shared recommendation, every thoughtful interaction, every shelf you stock – it all helps shape the energy and experience of Tomi Mart. You’re not just part of this vision. You’re what makes it real.
