Here’s what’s happening in Bend this upcoming Valentine’s Day weekend.

Friday 2.14

Winterfest: Winterfest is back in Bend for a weekend of live music, ice carving, ski & snowboard competitions, and more. Dress warm and bring the whole family down to the Old Mill for this classic Central Oregon event. Friday – Sunday

Valentine’s Party @ Bunk + Brew: Head over to Bunk + Brew for their Valentine’s Party. Be sure to wear the appropriate color for your current relationship status so you can let others know you’re taken or down for mingling. Red: Taken, Pink: Single, Purple: It’s Complicated, or Blue: Let’s Be Friends. 6 PM

Annie: The Musical: Annie is back with another weekend of performances at the Tower Theatre. Grab your tickets for a Friday night show, or join the matinees on Saturday and Sunday.

My Vaudeville Valentine: Join the Bend Burlesque Company at Silver Moon Brewing for a special Valentine’s Day performance of My Vaudeville Valentine. Prohibition-era dress is encouraged. 8 PM

Saturday 2.15

Growing Vegetables in Central Oregon: Learn how to grow vegetables in Central Oregon from OSU Master Gardeners at the Deschutes County Fair & Expo Center. These events are VERY popular, so join the waitlist or scroll down to the bottom of the page to see their upcoming events. 1 PM

Sagebrush Planting: Join the High Desert Native Plant Society as they replant sagebrush within the wildfire scar adjacent to the Redmond Airport. 9 AM

Sunday 2.16

Hot Cocoa Run: Put on an extra layer of running clothes and join the hot cocoa 5k at Winterfest. After the run, you can enjoy a hot cocoa with all the toppings, and, as a bonus, your registration fee includes entry to Winterfest on all three days! 11 AM
